3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship physical products such as promotional products & LineCrate Clubs to the shipping address you provide. Please ensure your address is accurate. Shipping timelines and details will be available at checkout and may vary by product.

4. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time as long as you have completed the commitment period you signed up for if it is for the subscription box. Or if it’s for promotional products, design work, etc. you must cancel before work has been started by contacting support or logging into your account (if applicable). Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.
