If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Custom branded items, digital or downloadable items are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
