We're in this together! Here's a tip for creating experiences that bridge the gap between offline and online for your team and clients! - Part 3

Hi friend! How are you? I mean honestly… how are you?

Are you sleeping? Keeping a schedule?

Doing things that you’ve wanted to on your business, but haven’t had the time?

Updating your website? We are and can’t wait for you to see it!! It’s good to be working on something you are excited about.

Are you building relationships with your clients deeper right now?

Checking on them? Giving them the resources and tools they need even if that’s outside of your expertise? Connecting people who need to know each other and can be power partners? Or mastermind together?

Hi friend! How are you? I mean honestly...how are you? Are you sleeping? Keeping a schedule? Doing things that you've wanted to on your business, but haven't ...

Watch the video for more details or read below for a quick summary. Let’s dive in!

Last week Spitfire Advertising (not bragging…but challenging you to keep going):

  1. Packaged up and sent out care packages with handwritten cards to several people across the USA and Canada who we knew needed it.

  2. Connected clients who we thought needed to know each other.

  3. I sent out creative ideas to clients who asked for ways that they could build relationships with their clients, team, and prospects in this new virtual world we are living in.

  4. I shot a video with my sister who’s an attorney so she could help you understand and simplify the new resources the government has given us. We didn’t want you to miss out on anything that would help you through this time.

  5. I am making progress on putting together a Business Survival Action Plan to help you successfully navigate these tough times. I’ll send it out as soon as I’m done.

  6. I’ve reached out to my competitors to check in on them. To encourage them to not give up. That this is temporary and gave them ideas to help them through it.

  7. Our team is talking about ways we need to pivot because of this and we’re learning new software and taking classes to sharpen and expand our skills to help you even more.

  8. Identifying the areas that my team feels are their weaknesses so we can make them their strengths.

  9. I spent more time than ever talking to and checking in on each other.

Having real conversations about what each team member is feeling, going through, and how they are handling things. As a leader, I have focused on being honest and transparent with each team member. To tell them how grateful I am that they are part of our team. To promise them that I’m doing everything in my power to make sure when this is over that we have done what we needed to, to be in a great position to hit the ground running.

I’d love to hear what you’ve been working on. What you are struggling with. What you need help with. I want to make sure that when this is over you are ready to hit the ground running instead of feeling like you just woke up from hibernation and don’t know what to do next. Thank you to all of you who have opened up to me. To share your fears, your struggles, your triumphs. Those that have shared that our calls, emails, texts, etc. have meant so much to you. Some saying that tears have come to their eyes knowing that I see you, I understand you and I am honored to help you through this.

That I’ve been able to be a positive light through a dark time. You have no idea how much that truly means to me.

Please keep your head up and stay focused on your goals. This is the time when you find out what you’re made up of. This is the time to show more love and compassion for others than ever before. If you need anything, please ask!

While you are living the #quarantinelife then take a few minutes and watch this video to sharpen your marketing skills! Here’s part 3 of the video series we’re doing talking about creating experiences that bridge the gap between offline and online so you don’t get left behind. When I talk to a lot of my clients about this technology, I would say that one out of ten has never heard about it. Don’t be one of them!

Did you know that there was a way for you to interact, create experiences, and engage with your target audience as they walk by/into your brick-and-mortar location without any human interaction? This is the third type of chip that we’ve been talking about in this 3-part series. Where we have a chip embedded on a poster.

For example, if you have the poster on the window by the front door of your golf shop. Your customers will just have to take their phone and can it over the poster (no app needed). It brings them to the beginning of the sequence on their phone which says "Welcome!" then followed by the other parts of the sequence that we’ve set up and can go on and on for days, weeks, months.

They haven't talked to anybody, but they already know what's on sale. Or what contest you are running. Or what message you want to send them about what’s going on with your business during COVID-19. All by just scanning the poster with their phone. We can do so much with it like doing trivia contests, product launches, drive them to your YouTube channel, social media, website, etc. And we can change it in real-time. How can you use this in your marketing to create experiences and get people engaged? Not sure? Let me know because I can help you with this!

I've been in this industry for almost 20 years and this is a game-changer!

If you already watched my first and second videos in this series then you know about how those work differently than this one. If you haven’t watched them on my Youtube channel. Don’t forget to subscribe while you are there!

So, you get the free tips that help you stay ahead of your competition, get better ROI, and grow your business. Remember to smile because HAPPY looks good on you!
